- Does Convertedge work with any form type?
- Generally yes. We work with the main marketing automations and CRM forms - like Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and with the main CMS forms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix etc. It may not work well with other form shortening services like Typeform. Not sure if it works for your setup? You can easily test it or reach out to us.
- Do I need technical skills or a tech person to get started?
- No. Convertedge was built with simplicity in mind. We aim to simplify the auto lead enrichment and form shortening process in such a way that any team member can do it. If you also want to enrich and not just shorten your form, you’ll need access to your form handler and be able to add fields to it.
- How do you enrich the lead data?
- We use the email or phone as the base source for enrichment. Once the user submits their email, we enrich this data with our huge database and also other very well known tools to maximize coverage.
- What happens if you can’t enrich a lead’s data?
- If enrichment isn’t available for a submitted email or phone number, we automatically show the original form so the user can complete it as usual.
- How does pricing work?
- You pay for a package of credits. We only decrease a credit if we manage to enrich a lead. If you run out of credits for the month we'll stop shortening and enriching the form and your original form will be displayed until the next billing cycle begins.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. You can stop at any time on any plan.
- How long does installation really take?
- About 5 minutes. Grab a coffee while it installs. Try it, and if it takes longer, email us and let us know.
- Does it work with any email? Can you enrich personal emails?
- Yes. It doesn't matter if it's a personal or a professional email. We can even enrich by phone number!
