By default, the fields are hidden. When you enter an email we don’t recognize (try betty@example.com), the additional fields open. When you enter an email we do recognize (try john@example.com), the fields stay closed.
You can also try an email where we only know the first name, last name, and company - but not the LinkedIn URL - to see how only the missing field opens (use alice@example.com).
